This project consists of a 6-9 story residential building with two stories of below grade space. Vision Land Consultants, Inc. is providing the civil engineering on this high-rise residential loft building to be located on the Northwest corner of 15 th Street in Cherry Creek. VLC is providing the roadway and utility improvements for 15 th Street, a preliminary grading plan with proposed elevations, utility plan design, overall site plan, proposed drainage concepts for the site, storm water quality control plan, final construction documents and construction administration.
