The Airpark project is a master planned community for KB Home of Colorado. The project consists of approximately 700 acres and is planned for approximately 4000 single-family and multi-family residential units along with 100 acres of commercial/retail and neighborhood activity centers. The property will be rezoned and then platted. The design and engineering of the site includes the design of major arterial and collector roads both onsite and offsite, five (5) miles of offsite water line (design will be teamed with the water district), onsite water storage tanks, sanitary sewer lines and treatment plant, major drainage facilities, and reservoirs for storage of treated wastewater for purposes of raw water irrigation.
