The Blue River Club is a master planned community in the town of Silverthorne Colorado. The project consists of approximately 600-acres and will contain more than 350 single-family upscale homes. The project will also have at least two clubhouses. Due to the steep terrain of this property, this project has been a challenge. The steep terrain has not been the only challenge, this project will require at least one and possibly two water storage tanks, more than 7 miles of roads, retaining walls, an access bridge across the Blue River, annexation of more than half of the project to the Town of Silverthorne and much more. Original plans included an 18-hole golf course, but after a market analysis was obtained, the plans changed to all residential.
