Vision Land was hired by KB Homes of Colorado to rezone, prepare preliminary and final plats and prepare construction plans for approval by Adams County. The construction plans were for overlot grading, sub-excavation, area grading, sanitary sewer, water mains, streets, and storm sewer including a large retention pond. This site went through multiple changes.
