Vision Land Consultants, Inc. (formerly Gagnon & Hayne Consulting Engineers) have represented Grand County as their County Engineer for the last six years. In this position, Vision Land has reviewed, revised and added to County Standards as needed; performed numerous inspections, subdivision reviews and construction reviews; provided cost analysis on projects; reviewed all as built drawings, construction drawings and submittals to the county. Vision Land has also attended numerous meetings and coordinated with Road & Bridge, Planning and Zoning, Board of County Commissioners, Denver Water Board, Army Corps of Engineers, Environmental Protection Agency, and several Town governments on multiple issues.
Vision Land has also managed the design and coordinated construction for numerous Grand County Road and Bridge Department projects including road plan and profile design, culvert design, erosion control concepts, cross-section design, earthwork quantity calculations, bid schedules, road and intersection realignments, CDOT Access Permits, and road corridor planning.
