Walnut Grove – Filing No. 12
Westminster , Colorado

Walnut Grove Filing No. 12 is a 66-duplex subdivision on ten acres in Westminster, Colorado. Vision Land Consultants provided construction management services and was contracted by KB Home Colorado to deliver finished lots. Construction management services included working with, coordinating, and scheduling KB Homes’ general contractors and subcontractors to develop the projects overlot and finish grade, sewer and storm utility installation, dry utility coordination, concrete and asphalt paving, and landscaping improvements.

River Oaks Subdivision Tract C
Commerce City , Colorado

This project consists of 18 multi-family buildings for a total of 108 units. KB Home Colorado contracted Vision Land Consultants construction management team to finish construction of the subdivision. Vision Land managed and scheduled KB Homes’ general contractors and subcontractors to complete the construction of the subdivision from the installation of water, sewer and storm utilities through paving and landscaping. After substantial completion, an area drain was retro-fitted and installed throughout the subdivision to ensure adequate drainage.

Springvale Subdivision Filing 6 & 7
Thornton , Colorado

Springvale Filing 6 consists of 75 single-family lots and Springvale Filing 7 consists of 85 single-family lots. Vision Land’s construction management team was contracted by KB Home Colorado to close-out the subdivision and assist KB Home with the daily maintenance of the project. Specifically, Vision Land walked the subdivision with the City of Thornton for initial and final acceptance, managed the completion of punchlist items with various KB Home subcontractors, conducted walk-throughs and turned over tract maintenance to the HOA and City of Thornton, and worked with the builders on various drainage and repair issues.
