Vision Land Consultants provided construction management services for the installation of grading, utilities, concrete flatwork, asphalt paving, traffic control, and right of way improvements along 72 nd Ave. and Simms St. including coordination of subcontractors, scheduling, and contract administration. Contract administration included the evaluation and processing of pay applications, change orders, warranties, bonds, and retainages. Prepare construction estimates for both owner and City of Arvada.
