After the infrastructure of a project is constructed, it is necessary to create and enforce future design guidelines to maintain the integrity of the project. As the design review engineer for the Douglass Ranch Home Owners Association, Vision Land reviewed new home site plans to ensure that lot designs were in conformance with established guidelines. In this exclusive mountain community, the threat of fire and erosion required special design considerations. The work completed by Vision Land helped to preserve the value of all the homes by enforcing a common sense approach to design and construction.
