Vision Land was responsible for the complete civil design for all of the single-family villages, most of the multifamily villages, and the Grand Elk Crossing Commercial Center. Design of the commercial center included Sanitary Sewer and Water Main extensions through the site, Storm Sewer infrastructure, detailed grading of the curb and gutter sections, and Traffic Impact Analysis. For the entire development, Vision Land was in charge of the Master Drainage and Master Sanitary Sewer, over 6 miles of roadway designs, clubhouse site design, and US Highway 40 improvements including acceleration and deceleration lanes, widening, and waterline boring. Working alongside the development team and the Town of Granby, Vision Land assisted in the procurement and acceptance of the civil infrastructure of the development and played an integral role in transforming what was once a meadow in to a premier year round mountain community and club.
