As the larger tracts of land get developed, smaller tracts remain and can become vital infill projects. The Fox Haven Farms site was originally a single family dwelling on nine acres zoned for medium density developments. Vision Land assisted the developer by keeping the existing onsite dwelling and re-platting the balance of the site into 18 custom home sites. We used our construction knowledge to assist the owner while building the project. Our civil engineering skills and working relationship with the local jurisdictions enabled our client to turn a previously overlooked site into an upscale infill development.
