The Greens at Pinehurst Filing 2 has been developed as residentail 13 lots located on 7 acres of land situated in the prestigious Pinehurst Golf Course development. Vision Land Consultants, Inc. began the initial civil engineering design process with a small, less experienced developer and was involved through the sale of the project to the award winning luxury homebuilder, Wood Lily Homes. In the transaction, both parties relied on our land development knowledge to facilitate the sale. In addition, we assisted Wood Lily Homes by making minor changes to the site to better accommodate their product. Our construction management services assisted our client in the bid selection process and in making intelligent decisions in the field. With our help, the client was able to concentrate on what they do best – building homes.
