Vision Land Consultants, Inc. is currently preparing infrastructure design to support the Transit Oriented Development in the heart of Greenwood Village. The Town Center is located on the East side of I-25, coinciding with the new TREX Light Rail Station and the newly constructed park-N-Ride.

The mixed-use project will include 400,000 square feet of office space; 62,000 square feet of retail; and 750 units of for sale and rental residential units. This high-density mixed-use project is significant to creating a synergy between transportation and land use issues. The use of standard infrastructure guidelines and standards must be creatively integrated into the framework of the land use plan as not to impact un-useable land.
