The success of the new Denver International Airport (DIA) has resulted in an increase in related passenger services. With strong competition in the rental car business, industry leader Hertz Corporation created the Gold Club Plan to provide the highest level of service for their customers. They chose the architectural firm of Fishbeck, Thompson, Carr, and Huber and Vision Land Consultants, Inc. to redesign and expand their existing facilities at D.I.A. Retrofitting this site included working with airport officials and the City and County of Denver in order to provide an enhanced grading and drainage design to provide the ultimate rental car service.
