Highlands Ranch Filing 122 actually contained 4 separate filings, 122V, 122W, 122X and 122Y. All four filings consist of more than 2000 lots. Vision Land prepared the construction documents and Site Improvement Plan (SIP) for Filing 122X. Filing 122X consists of approximately 100-acres and 350 single-family detached lots. Vision Land also prepared the overlot grading plan for Filing 122W. Filing 122W consists of approximately 80-acres and 400 single-family detached lots. There are two tributaries to Big Dry Creek, one on the east side of Filing 122X and the other on the west side of Filing122X. Vision Land prepared the flood plain analysis for these two tributaries.
