Centura Health contracted Vision Land Consultants to provide the Civil Engineering Services relating to the Granby Medical Center remodel. Working under a tight deadline, the remodel included removal of the southwestern wing of the building to make room for modular office and clinic rooms. Extensive remodeling of the existing building was also performed in order to divide the emergency room portion of the clinic from its family practice side. VLC converted the site layout, existing conditions and topography into the design base files. A grading and erosion control plan was designed to include proposed erosion control measures. General drainage way and roadway design information was also shown. In addition, a detailed grading plan provided all relevant information to construct hard surfaces and drainage corridors. Final construction plans were completed and approved by Centura Health by the deadline.
