Vision Land Consultants (formerly Gagnon & Hayne Consulting Engineers) provided the civil engineering for preparation of annexation of the proposed Kremmling Hospital site into the Town of Kremmling. VLC worked with hospital representatives and Site Architect to gather necessary utility requirements and demands as they relate to the proposed building and site. In order to determine the existing infrastructure that would affect utility, potable water and sanitary sewer service to the hospital site, VLC coordinated with shallow utility companies, Town of Kremmling Public Works, Town of Kremmling Engineers, Kremmling Sanitation District and Kremmling Sanitation District Engineers. Schematics of existing shallow utility lines, water mains and sanitary sewer mains in addition to proposed service line locations to the site were prepared. VLC also verified the downstream capacity of the existing sanitary sewer mains affected by this development and determined and constrictions or capacity issues caused by the demands of the proposed site.
