
Located in the South Platte Valley west of Coors Field, this nine (9) building complex will consist of over 3,300 residential units on 29 acres. Eventually, the site - currently a no-man's land of small industrial buildings that include loading docks for fresh produce, dirt and parking lots – is expected to be anchored by luxury apartments and possibly a grocery store, as well as other retail. The Denargo Market area represents the last significant area on the perimeter of Downtown Denver that hasn't yet undergone a revitalization or transformation of some kind. Its redevelopment will essentially give Downtown a 360-degree ring of renovated, reinvented, or reenergized urban districts. Vision Land Consultants is currently working on this high-density, mixed-use residential project. The location of the project presents several infrastructure challenges for relocation of existing utilities, meeting water quality requirements, and flood plain constraints. This high-density development coincides with the River North Corridor plan.
