The Zweig Letter announces 2007 Hot Firm List of fastest-growing architecture, engineering, and environmental firms
NATICK, MASSACHUSETTS—Management consulting and research firm Zweig White Information Services has identified the 200 fastest-growing U.S. architecture, engineering, and environmental consulting firms for its annual ranking, The Zweig Letter Hot Firm List. This annual list features the design and environmental firms that have outperformed the economy and competitors to become industry leaders.
Mark Zweig, founder and director of ZweigWhite, says, ''The firms that made this year's Hot Firm List should be proud. Even with the increase of 100 firms on the list to 200, it was still an incredibly competitive and successful group. Firms that commit to revenue growth while investing in marketing, information technology, and other infrastructure are usually the most successful in our industry. They have shown they have the ability to sustain their success, year after year. The hottest firms in the business—those with consistent growth and success at outperforming the economy and their peers—are the ones that attract top staff and the best clients.''
CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!! Vision Land Consultants, Inc. ranked #135

OUR NEW OFFICE
You can now find us at our new office. In 2006, we met with dcb Construction to design a 10,000 s.f. state-of-the-art office. We wanted our office to have that "home away from home" atmosphere incorpating modern mountain feel. We got just that. When you walk into our office, the lobby just draws you in and leaves you in an "awe" state of mind with the marble floors, rock wall, and low-voltage track lighting. Once into the office, it is open with lots of natural light, rock, and beautiful views of downtown Denver to the East and snow capped Rocky Mountains to the West.
2007COMMUNITY SERVICE
Vision Land Consultants, Inc. is continuing its' undying dedication and generousity this year with contributions to several "great causes and/or foundations". Earlier this year, Vision Land Consultants participated in the Beaux Arts Ball to help raise money for the National Jewish Hospital cancer research. For the 8th year in a row, we have been a sponsor for the Annual Shea Homes Community Service Charity Golf Tournament, a tournament to help raise money for medical needs for children in the local area. In June, we participated in a local charity fundraiser, Hands of the Carpenter (HoTC). HoTC is a local non-profit organization that helps single parents and/or widows with home and auto repair. Vision Land Consultants, Inc. also sponsored some of our employees in charity events such as the Avon Cancer Walk and the MS Walk. As an Alumni of Virginia Tech, the April 16 massacre really hit me close to home. As an engineer and having taken most of my classes in that building and personally knowing one of the professors, I knew Vision Land needed to help out our fellow future engineers by supporting the school and the victims and their families. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the students, faculty members, victims and the victims family of Virginia Tech
DENVER-AREA MASTER PLANNED COMMUNITIES
Out of the top ten Denver area Master-Planned Communities, Vision Land Consultants provided the civil engineering on the TOP FIVE projects: Highlands Ranch (Shea Homes); Green Valley Ranch (Oakwood Homes); Reunion (Shea Homes); Stapleton ( Forest City); and The Meadows (Castle Rock Development).
