Colorado Reunion Filing No. 5 is just
one small filing of a massive 3000-acre mixed
used master planned community by Shea Homes. Filing
no. 5 consisted of 29-acres and 99 single-family
detached lots. Vision Land prepared the construction
plans for Filing no. 5. The construction plans
consisted of street plans and profiles, sanitary
sewer, water mains, storm sewer systems and area
grading plan.
