The proposed 41-story condominium tower is located near the newly expanded Colorado Convention Center in Downtown Denver. Units in the proposed downtown building will range from 700 to 1,500 square feet. Designated affordable units will start at $165,000, while market-rate units will be in the $200,000 to $550,000 range. |
