Vision Land Consultants provided infrastructure plans to develop eight (8) lots consisting of approximately 24.1 acres of commercial/retail land. Plans were prepared in accordance with the City and County of Denver, PUD/PBG process. Vision Land prepared plan and profile drawings, cross sections, signage and striping plans for construction of 1250 feet of private road. The private road serves 8-commercial/retail lots. Vision Land prepared a Final Drainage Report for approval by the City and County of Denver. The report includes hydrologic and hydraulic analyses of the site. Storm sewer designs were prepared to provide service connections for the undeveloped lots. Vision Land prepared domestic and fire service distribution plans in accordance with the Denver Water Department standards for a water main extension. It is anticipated that the developer of the site will provide internal site looping connections. Fire hydrants and temporary blow-off valves will be provided off this internal loop. The improvement plans identify all necessary easements. Sanitary Sewer Improvement plans were prepared in accordance with the City and County of Denver requirements. |
