The public road designs for Spruce Street includes designs for an underpass crossing beneath 49th Ave. The road plans present flow line profiles, signage and striping, curb cuts and driveway accesses designs based on the City and County of Denver criteria. Storm sewer outfall system designs included over 2500-feet of storm sewer ranging in size from 54-inch diameter to 72-inch diameter. 80-feet of 7’x 4’ concrete box culvert was designed to provide an outfall connection for the North Towne Center storm water collection system. All storm sewer plans were prepared in accordance with City and County of Denver, Wastewater Management Division standards. Plan and profile drawings were prepared for over 15,000-feet of 16-inch diameter water line. Water plans were prepared in compliance with Denver Water Department standards. Water plans were reviewed by Randy Christensen prior to submittal to the Denver Water Department. Vision Land prepared sanitary sewer designs and plan and profile drawings for over 5000 feet of 12-inch diameter sewer main and over 2000-feet of 30-inch diameter interceptor. The 30-inch interceptor will collect wastewater for the majority of the North Stapleton development.
