Vision Land Consultants is the Lead Engineer of a multi-consultant design team, providing construction documents which include: Site grading and erosion control, onsite and regional utilities including water, sanitary and storm sewer, drainage analysis, and 15,000 feet of roadway plan and profiles that include 5000 feet of arterial roadway design, 4 miles of water line plans and over 8000 feet of sanitary sewer designs. Coordination between the city of Denver and the City of Aurora will be necessary as the town boundaries bisect the projects southerly border. This project site is a 470 unit mixed use “new urbanism” residential development on 80 acres of the Stapleton Airport redevelopment.
