Vision Land Consultants, Inc. provided the Construction Administration services for the Shea Homes Trailmark Subdivision. Vision Land’s responsibility included assisting the Owner in obtaining initial and final acceptance from the City of Littleton, as well as the Ken Caryl Water and Sanitation District. Scope of work included the observance of earthwork, utility, concrete, and asphalt operations. In addition, we coordinated correspondence between the required jurisdictions and coordinated the scheduling of subcontractors.
