This $28 million project involved the construction of airport access roads and runway construction from Pena Boulevard to the Terminal Building and also included the widening and extension of 120th Avenue. The elements of construction overseen included earthwork, drainage, and the installation of various utilities. Tasks included implementation of safety procedures, project schedules, contract administration, budget tracking and control, crew utilization, material management, subcontractor coordination, inspection coordination, and quality control.
