An important feature of the plan is the allowance of three residential towers, soaring up to 180,200, and 220 feet in height. These towers will provide a visual anchor for the development and establish a framework for this redevelopment site.
The Denargo Market area represents the last significant area on the perimeter of Downtown Denver that hasn't yet undergone a revitalization or transformation of some kind. Its redevelopment will essentially give Downtown a 360-degree ring of renovated, reinvented, or reenergized
urban districts. Vision Land Consultants was obtained to provide civil engineering, construction management and act as Program Manager. We were responsible for the design, construction and operations of the first phase of infrastructure construction, which included environmental clearance and demolition. Civil design included: due diligence, utility research and coordination with the public utility providers, site grading and drainage improvement designs, public improvement designs in the surrounding right-of-way and coordination with the City and County of Denver.
As Construction Managers and Owners Representatives for the Denargo Market project, Vision Land was responsible for:
monitoring and recording daily activity on the site, supervising demolition of several commercial buildings, quality assurance on construction of new sanitary sewer, coordination of sub-consultants, negotiating contracts and pay applications with contractors, and performing duties as public relations officials within the surrounding community. We are currently providing weekly SWMP inspections and review of plans as needed.
