his project consists of 33 miles of EMU Commuter Rail connecting downtown Denver Union Station to the Denver International Airport on the East Line and to the vicinity of Ward Road, northwest Denver, unincorporated Adams County, Arvada and Wheat Ridge. This project will also include a Commuter Rail Maintenance Facility with a capacity to store and service 100 EMU and DMU vehicles.

Vision Land Consultants is providing the engineering design and coordination services for wet utility relocations (sanitary and water) on the East Corridor (EC), Northwest Rail Electrified Segment (NWES) and the Gold Line segment (GL).
Vision Land Consultants is providing the engineering design and coordination services for modifications to the Coors Field parking lot due the construction of the East Corridor Commuter Rail. Design minimizes impacts to Coors Field parking lots, specifically loss of parking spaces and state accepted operation storm water quality ponds. Vision Land Consultants is preparing Grading Plans and Cross-sections, Storm Sewer and Waterline Plan and Profiles, Paving and Signage and Striping Plans and a Final Drainage Study. Vision Land Consultants is coordinating the relocation of dry utilities with utility owners.
Vision Land Consultants is providing the engineering design and coordination services for the preparation of Erosion Control Plans and a Construction Activities Stormwater Management Plan for utility relocations and Coors Field parking lot modifications.
Vision Land Consultants is providing Technical Quality Reviews and Quality Assurance / Quality Check reviews in accordance with RTD and Eagle P3 Design Quality Management Plan.
