This 20-acre, Transit Oriented Development is located east of I-25 and north of South Yosemite Street. The project is mixed-use with residential, commercial, retail and a hotel centered on a major transportation hub and pedestrian friendly town center development. Vision Land Consultants is the Consulting Engineer on the project and will be coordinating design elements, and conducting meetings with the City of Greenwood Village, the Regional Transportation District (RTD), and the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT), to coordinate various project elements. Vision Land will also prepare construction documents, a flood plain analysis and a LOMR for Goldsmith Gulch, and will be coordinating the project schedule with multiple jurisdictions. |
