The North Metro Corridor Project is an 18-mile, $400 million rapid transit improvement designed to serve the rapidly growing northern portion of the Denver metropolitan area. It is one of several major corridors in RTD’s $4.7 billion voter-approved FasTracks Program, a 12-year effort to significantly increase transit capacity in the region with exclusive fixed guideway rail and bus facilities. Vision Land Consultants produced a rendering of ownership and right-of-way subdivision map for 3.5 miles of light rail in the Denver Business District. The map also contained existing water, gas, and electrical utilities.
