Wheatlands is a master planned community for Shea Homes. The project consists of approximately 600 acres and has an approved Framework Development Plan (FDP) for 1500 residential units, commercial areas, school site and a neighborhood activity center. A Contextual Site Plan (CSP) and constructionn plans have been approved by the City of Aurora for Filing No. 1. Wheatlands Filing No. 1 is a combined 216 unit multi-family and 165 home single-family residential site. The Contextual Site Plan included a Site, Grading, Preliminary Overall Utility Plan, and a Preliminary Drainage Report.
